By registering a Player Account on h444, accessing the Platform, placing any bet or wager, or using any feature of the h444 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and h444.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. h444 will take reasonable steps to notify active players of material changes via email or platform notification where practicable.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use the h444 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. h444 conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Where age verification reveals that a Player is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals voided, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on h444. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is a violation of these Terms. h444 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. h444 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
h444 is required to verify the identity and age of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents: a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), a valid passport, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. h444 may request KYC documentation at any time. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is satisfied.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h444 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. h444 staff will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including email, live chat, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from h444 and requesting your password should be reported immediately to [email protected] as a potential phishing or fraud attempt.
h444 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We also offer optional two-factor authentication (2FA), which we strongly recommend all Players enable. Accounts with 2FA enabled receive an SMS OTP to the registered Pakistani mobile number at every login.
h444 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and direct bank transfer from Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, MCB, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your h444 account balance within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take 1 to 24 hours to credit, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
h444 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside h444's control.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. h444 does not charge fees on standard PKR withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals under standard conditions process within 60 seconds. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 5 business days.
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Where KYC has not been completed, withdrawal requests will be held in a pending status until verification is satisfactorily completed. h444 may request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests as part of its AML obligations.
All transactions on h444 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h444 does not accept or process deposits or withdrawals in any foreign currency. There are no currency conversion fees applicable to PKR transactions.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are legitimately owned by you, are from lawful sources, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. h444 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal as part of its AML and KYC obligations.
h444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be stated in the individual bonus terms presented at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 500 bonus means you must place Rs 10,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash). Only wagers placed using bonus funds count toward bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
h444 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, wagering on low-variance outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and participating in any coordinated scheme to exploit bonus offers.
Bonus funds that are not used within the time period specified in the individual bonus terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Real money balance in your account is not affected by bonus expiry.

h444 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where h444 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has violated these Terms; (b) the account may be involved in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; or (d) the continued operation of the account poses a risk to h444's regulatory compliance obligations.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the payment method on record, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. h444 will notify the Player by email prior to the account being classified as dormant. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the h444 Platform without prior written permission from h444. Unauthorised use of h444 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h444's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming or betting activity shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
h444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any losses arising from circumstances outside h444's reasonable control including telecommunications or internet outages, third-party payment processing failures, or force majeure events.
h444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen outages may temporarily restrict access. h444 will take reasonable steps to provide advance notice of planned maintenance affecting Platform availability.
h444 collects, processes, and stores personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. h444 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, KYC verification services, and payment processors as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.
h444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms will always be available at h444.cam/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated. Where h444 makes material amendments, reasonable effort will be made to notify active Players via the email address registered to their account or via an in-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment. h444 will process your withdrawal of any verified Real Money Balance in accordance with Section 10.2.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming operational standards applicable to the jurisdiction under which h444 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies designated under h444's applicable operating licence.
